Staff at The Littlehampton Academy have been cooking lunches for the students, thanks to a donation of food from Morrisons Littlehampton.

Alison Whitburn, the store’s community champion, chose the school and Littlehampton Foodbank to benefit from a company-wide giveaway.

She explained: “As a company, Morrisons is donating £1,000 a week in ambient goods to every one of its stores up and down the country, until July. This makes a total of £10million.
