Musical evening raised £725

I hope you will find space on your letters page to allow me to thank everyone, on behalf of the Eastbourne and District fundraising committee, who came to the recent musical evening at All Souls Church, held in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
We raised the magnificent sum of £725.77, thanks to the sterling work of David Clifford who organised the concert, the artistes who gave their services free and the church authorities who allowed us to use the premises.
