Broken down vehicle causes chaos on Eastbourne road

A broken down vehicle is causing long delays on a busy Eastbourne road this afternoon (Tuesday).
Rodmill Drive is partially blocked and there is slow traffic in both directions between Rodmill Roundabout and the A2270 Willingdon Road junction, because of a broken down vehicle.
Drivers are being advised to avoid the area.
