Sussex PCC's video log: Emergency funding for charities supporting victims of domestic abuse & sexual violence
Local organisations who fit these criteria are now being invited to bid into this pot of money by 5pm on 1 June.
Mrs Bourne said: “I already commission and work closely with a number of support services across our county so I know the financial struggles they are facing during this pandemic as they rapidly adapt their services to ensure that help remains available to those in need.

"This is why this additional funding from the Ministry of Justice is very welcome.
“We are now contacting organisations we already work with to make them aware but there is also money available to those who we don’t currently fund. If you are working in our communities to support victims of these crimes and could use some help, please come forward and apply.”
Applications can come from organisations of any size, including small specialist organisations that support particular groups such as BAME, disabled or LGBT victims who have experienced sexual or domestic abuse.
