Businesses can pay month by month, and one shed will be available on a week by week basis.
Aaron Buckley, a graphic artist based at Draper’s Yard, said: “There is a great energy here, I just love the vibe.
“I’m new to the area so it has been a good way to meet people and I really like the space and atmosphere.”

Kay said: “Before I opened Clothkits I did a fine art degree and thought I would be a gallerist helping artists and creatives make a living from their work.
“I suppose I have come back to what I always thought I would do.”
