Man fractures cheek in Hurstpierpoint pub attack
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “At 12.10am on Sunday (12 October) police were called to the White Horse pub in Albourne Road, Hurstpierpoint, after a 23-year old local man had been hit in the face and had sustained a fractured cheek bone. He was treated at the Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath and discharged later that morning.”
Police say it is not yet known what caused the injury.
No arrests have been made at this stage and enquiries are continuing.
