James Heather was reported after his stepmum saw a clear bag containing nine grams of cocaine hanging out of a pocket in his jeans on the floor of his bedroom. The 23-year-old was living at Belle Meade Close, Woodgate when the incident occurred, but now lives in Littlehampton. He pleaded guilty at Chichester Magistrates Court to the offence of possession of cocaine and was ordered to pay costs of 85, a fine of 180 and a victim surcharge of 15.
