A TEAM of workers joined forces on Wednesday to blitz some of the town's graffiti.
The day was organised by Lewes Crime Reduction Partnership and staff from Wyvale Landscape Ltd, who are contracted by Lewes District Council, rolled up their sleeves for the clean-up.

They were also joined by Lewes District Council's parks and street wardens and Police Community Support Officers from the town.

Areas around Seaford they targeted included the Crouch Gardens and the Salts Recreation Ground.

A 'before and after' film was made of the event by East Sussex County Council's safer communities team for a promotional DVD of partnership crime reduction working in the county.

Seaford Town Council helped to fund the clean-up.
