Boro were awful in the first half as the lively visitors threatend with every attack.
The Harriers soon took the lead on 11 minutes when the highly-impressive Justin Richards turned in Brian Smilke's cross.
Matthew Barnes-Homer was denied momen
ts later by a superb last ditch tackle by Baker but the visitors soon extended their lead.
This time Martin Brittain crossed and Smilke dived full length to head home off the under side of the bar.
Boro re-grouped after the break and on 59 minutes pulled one back. Matt Crabb crossed from the left and Neil Jenkins was credited with the goal as the ball found the net in a crowded area.
Wilson's men were pegged back just moments later. Lee Hook made a sbrilliant save to push away Barnes-Homer's shot on the turn. But from the resultant corner Andy Ferrell lashed home from 25 yards.
A triple substitution breathed fresh life into the home side's attack. Nathan Crabb, who replaced Allan Tait up front, crossed and his brother Matt fired home a left footed volley to make it 3-2.
Kidderminster were holding on as Boro piled forward. Wurmull, on for Smart, fizzed one over from 25 yards and Armstong's left-footed shot was superbly blocked by Mark Creighton.
In the dying moments Matt Crabb whipped in a free kick but Marc Pullan headed just the wrong side of the post.
The result drops Eastbourne to 18th place in the Blue Square Premier. The Harriers move up to second behind Crawley Town who won 1-0 against Kettering.
