Eastbourne Town boss Ady Colwell insists he has complete faith in his squad despite seeing them lose twice in four days.
Town welcome in-form Ryman League entertainers Cray Wanderers at the Saffrons tomorrow on the back of a 2-1 defeat at Walton Casuals followed by a 2-1 defeat at Fleet Town on Tuesday.
In contrast, Cray, who are third in the league, have won their last two league matches 8-1 and 3-1 with leading scorer Scott Kinch netting six times during their two victories.
Colwell said, "We put in two very good away performances but the harsh reality is we got nothing out of them. We are absolutely gutted about that but I'm not disappointed with the players.
"They put in a tremendous amount of effort and we were very unlucky not to get anything from those games."
Tomorrow's visitors arrive with a reputation as one of the best footballing teams in the division. They set up with a 3-5-2 formation and Colwell admits he might change his side to counter that.
"We know how they are set up and we might have to adjust our system, it depends what players are available. We both like to play football but we must compete as well.
"No matter who we play I have absolute faith in my squad and I know we can be competitive with any team in this division," he said.
Gary Brockwell is out with an injured toe, Danny Williams serves a one-match ban and skipper Danny Simmonds is unavailable. Luke Denton returns after missing the Fleet defeat and Ethan Strevett is expected to return after illness.
Long-term injury victims Ben Putland (knee) hopes to return after a 10- week absence and Greg Manton (ankle) is making progress after six weeks out.
