Snooker ace hits thrilling form

O'SULLIVAN'S and Q-Ball snooker star Jimmy Robertson has had a busy few weeks since his return from the Challenge Tour in North Wales.

The 18-year-old reached the final of the Essex & Herts ranking event 2 at Wickford where he finished runner-up after being overcome 3-1 by North London's Lin Tieu, conceding 14 points a frame.

On his way to the final he dropped just four frames all day in his five wins against the experienced Darren Limburg who was seen off 3-2 with breaks of 105, 78 and 40, and Gregg Tugby, who was beaten by the same score, with the help of runs of 67, 50 and a highest break of the day of 107.
