The event, at the University of Brighton, on Saturday November 26, saw over 200 gymnasts from 19 schools’ across Sussex battle it out in a range of categories including individuals, pairs, trios and groups. Ark Helenswood students performed with elegance, commitment and flair throughout the day and their efforts further rewarded as they won the trophy for the advanced compositional groups and retained the overall team trophy for the twelfth consecutive year.
